Conclusion:

In my point of view, cloud, in general, it can significantly reduce the CAPEX, however, it depends on the projects. We should consider that solution for a new infrastructure/startup investment instead of in-premises or companies which needs a faster availability and scalability.

Azure being in AU, makes harder for New Zealanders companies to make it possible, might in the future it can be suitable. Meanwhile, AWS is running ahead.
